Wearable technology has come under the spotlight in the last few weeks, with Google's Glass project creating a lot of noise and the Pebble E Paper watch raising millions of dollars on crowd funding website Kickstarter.com.

The guys at visual.ly (hat tip to Al Ward for the find) have summarised some of the popular/recent wearable technology.

I think Google's Glass Project is the most game changing of all of these wearable devices, read more on that here, but perhaps digital contact lenses are the next evolution.
